You may choose expedited shipping and we'll be happy to accommodate your request. Just realize that you will still get your item relatively quickly with our standard shipping, because we ship every business day. We welcome international orders. We have many international customers, and over the years, we have found shipping via the United States Post Office, to be the most economical and reliable. Orders less than four pounds are shipped first class international and orders over four pounds will be shipped Priority International. Please respect that we cannot mark any shipments as a gift or to change the invoice amount.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return or exchange it. If the return is due to our error, we'll send you a replacement item along with a pre-paid return envelope. If you choose to just return an item we will provide a refund upon receiving the item. For a return that is not due to our error, you'll just need to return the item in the same condition and pay for the re-shipping cost. If you choose to just return the item we will provide a refund less our cost for shipping upon receiving the item. Refunds will be given by your payment method and must be received by us within 45 days of your order date.
